This plugin provides various user interface options.
Installation / Uninstallation
To install the plugin, copy the KeeUIExt*
files
into the Plugins
folder (KeePass can open this folder: menu
'Tools' → 'Plugins' → button 'Open Folder') and restart KeePass.
To uninstall the plugin, delete the KeeUIExt*
files.
Usage
In the KeeUIExt options dialog (which you can open via the menu
'Tools' → 'KeeUIExt Options'), you can find the following options:
- General:
- When pressing Ctrl+Backspace,
delete the word to the left of the cursor.
- Main Window:
- Forget last used database if it does not exist anymore.
- Show confirmation dialog when closing a database.
- Main Group Tree:
- Collapse all groups when opening a database.
- Main Entry List:
- Focus entry list when opening a database.
- Draw grid lines.
- Show 'Print Entry' command in the entry context menu.
- Advanced:
- Custom user interface font.
Note: if you want to change the font size, see the FAQ item
'How to change
the GUI font (size)?'. Changing the font size using the KeeUIExt plugin
may result in layout issues.
All options are turned off by default.
