	KeePass is the recommended password manager in the BSI Cyber Security Recommendations BSI-CS 003 2.0 by the German Federal Office for Information Security (Bundesamt für Sicherheit in der Informationstechnik, BSI). Furthermore, the BSI and mgm security partners have sponsored and performed a code analysis of KeePass 2.x. No security vulnerabilities classified as medium, high or critical were found, but various minor improvements were implemented. 	KeePass has received the Certification de Sécurité de Premier Niveau (CSPN) by the French Cybersecurity Agency (Agence Nationale de la Sécurité des Systèmes d'Information, ANSSI). Furthermore, KeePass is on the list of recommended free software for French public agencies (Socle Interministériel de Logiciels Libres, SILL) of the French Interministerial Digital Directorate (Direction Interministérielle du Numérique, DINUM). Furthermore, KeePass is recommended by Cybermalveillance.gouv.fr .
	The European Commission has sponsored bounties for finding security vulnerabilities in KeePass 2.x (EU-FOSSA 2 project, details on the Intigriti page) in 2019-2020. A few minor issues were found and fixed.
